No Refund Policy

Olven follows a strict No Refund policy. Once an order has been successfully delivered, no monetary refunds will be initiated under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges subject to the conditions outlined below:

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of order delivery

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact

Exchanges are permitted only for size-related issues or verified manufacturing defects

Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers may not be eligible for exchange

Exchange Shipping Charges

All costs related to reverse pickup and re-dispatch for exchanges shall be borne by the customer.

Exchange Approval

All exchange requests are subject to quality inspection and product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, Olven reserves the right to offer an alternative solution at its discretion.
